What we collect
When you use ViewFlow, we may collect your email address, the YouTube channel URL or handle you submit, optional subscriber range, selected plan, referral information, UTM parameters, timestamps and product interaction events such as button clicks and completed preview steps.
Why we collect it
We use this information to operate the account and email-verification flow, understand which product concepts are useful, measure the website funnel, improve the preview experience and contact users about ViewFlow when appropriate.
Preview data
The current product is a preview. Channel analysis and editing screens may use demonstration data. Video files selected in the current mock upload flow are not intentionally stored as uploaded media by the application.
Analytics and referral data
We may store UTM source, campaign, content and referrer data so we can understand which campaigns or videos bring visitors to the website.
Data access
Product administrators can access account and analytics information through the protected admin panel. We do not publish your account information publicly.
